In business since 2000, collectively we have over 50 years of experience in mediation, conflict resolution and problem solving. We have expertise in the areas of communication coaching, reduction of conflict coaching for individuals, relationship compatibility assessments, employment issues, parenting and divorce settlements, elder issues and business disputes. We are professional mediators that are highly trained in working with families, couples, and individuals to successfully resolve disputes without the use of expensive litigation. Members of AMCN Group have backgrounds in law, psychology, counseling, legal document preparation, LGBTQ issues, family systems, and business issues including real estate and partnerships.

Our role is to help you reach problem/conflict resolution in a collaborative way that is respectful, non-adversarial, non-judgmental, private and confidential.
You will find the process to be faster, results more satisfactory and less expensive than adversarial litigation. We facilitate meaningful conversations but are not therapists, arbitrators, judges, or advocates.
